Love the sample packs!

I am very please with the speedy response of your delivery service. I received my order and I'm SO VERY PLEASE!!! I live in the Bahamas and my freight forwarder got my paper in right on time. I'm loving the sample packages. It make it easier to choose my paper when ordering. The prices are GREAT. I'm so glad I came across your website. I just received, yet another order from Paper and More. I thought after many the orders I placed with Paper and More my "Thank You" to you is overdue. I am a card maker and I've purchased several types of paper, cards, envelopes and have always been more than satisfied. The prices are very reasonable, customer service, and your products are exceptional and not to mention the speedy delivery. I always receive my order within a few days. And it has always been exactly what I ordered and as described. I love the sample packets. With products from Paper and More, I made all the Save the Date Cards, Shower invitations, Wedding invitations, for my Granddaughters wedding last year. Turned out to be so inexpensive and of course very personal and well received. I can't praise you enough and have recommended your website. Also the "Learn" section is very informative. My order arrived early on Thursday. Thank you for the speedy service. I like the way your samples are packed with the inventory list on each pack for error free re-orders. That way I know exactly what paper I am using and the inventory #. I do a lot of small paper crafts and scrapbooking, so I will certainly be a returning customer.

Mixed pack of vellums

This is the heaviest vellum I have ever felt. It is so nice to work with and works up very nice on the printer. Highly, highly recommend this site and their products. You will be amazed how nice and heavy their stock is. Colors are true to the site. I ordered the purple vellum and it is Napa Valley Purple, very rich looking. Just loved everything I ordered.

Just have to write and say how delighted I am not just with the paper I received, but the "and more" I got from your company. Outstanding customer service - received several emails with updates that you got my order and when it was shipped. The quality of the vellum is excellent, I'm looking forward to using it for scrapbooking and card making. The colors are yummy (I ordered 4 of the variety packs of vellum to get all the colors), the website shows them accurately. I received the order in two days, for less than what most companies charge for slower service. The email you sent when the order was shipped said, "Please let us know if there is anyway we can make our service better…" ... Are you kidding? There is no better service than what you are providing. You got it right the first time - no bugs. I'm attending a workshop this weekend and can't wait to tell everyone there about your company. Your excellent service is more valuable than the money you could spend on advertising. I also enjoy your Tips & Ideas section, very helpful and useful - I've already sent a weblink to many friends.
