I'm using these along with my wedding invitations. The quality is really nice, smooth, and sturdy and does not feel recycled. It gives the image of being earthy and you can see small strands of fibers but nothing like a paper grocery bag. Over all, it is very nice and excellent quality. Don't let the "recycled" name fool you on the quality.

I purchased taupe recycled envelopes for my wedding invitations, and they were just what I hoped! Perfect for my earthy themed wedding, w/o looking like economy envelopes (though the price is right!!) These envelopes are thick and very high quality. The Taupe shade is perfect for printing on and addressing directly on the envelope (no need to buy white adhesive labels which would steal from the earthy vibe). Excellent product...im very satisfied!
